1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the publication and consultation services provided by EPICSPHERE Publications. By requesting, purchasing, or continuing to use our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. An author who accepts these terms and engages our services will be treated as a customer of EPICSPHERE Publications.
2. Our Services
EPICSPHERE Publications provides publication assistance and consultation services relating to scholarly journals indexed in databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, SCI, ESCI, Google Scholar, and other academic databases.
Authors must first provide their publication requirements and manuscript details. Based on the information supplied, we may suggest journals that appear suitable. The final selection of a journal must be approved by the author. After a journal is selected, the manuscript may be checked for plagiarism using Turnitin or another appropriate similarity-checking service.
3. Publication Disclaimer
EPICSPHERE Publications assists with manuscript preparation, submission, communication, and publication support through journals with which we work. We do not guarantee publication. The final decision to accept, reject, revise, or withdraw a manuscript belongs solely to the target journal, its editor, publisher, or peer reviewers.
A manuscript that does not satisfy the target journal's scope, quality standards, ethical requirements, formatting rules, or editorial guidelines may be rejected or returned for revision.
4. Author Responsibilities
The author is solely responsible for the originality, authenticity, accuracy, legality, and academic integrity of the manuscript and all supporting information.
- The manuscript must not contain plagiarism, fabricated information, unauthorized material, or content that violates applicable law or publication ethics.
- The manuscript must not be submitted to, or under review by, another journal when it is submitted through EPICSPHERE Publications.
- The author must provide accurate details, required documents, corrections, declarations, and approvals within the requested time.
- The author must disclose any conflicts of interest, prior publication, overlapping submission, or third-party rights affecting the manuscript.
5. Review, Editing, and Final Proof
EPICSPHERE Publications may conduct a preliminary review before submitting the manuscript to the target journal. Where necessary, we may recommend or make formatting, language, structural, or other modifications after consulting the corresponding author.
Additional editing or formatting charges may apply when required by the selected journal or agreed service scope. No material content changes will be made without consulting the corresponding author. Once the author approves the final galley proof, further changes may not be possible and will remain subject to the target journal's policy.
6. Copyright and Journal Policies
Copyright ownership, licensing, open-access conditions, author rights, and reuse permissions will be governed by the policies and publication agreement of the target journal. Authors are responsible for reviewing and accepting those policies before publication.
7. Fees and Payment
- The author may be required to pay an advance service fee for preliminary review, consultation, manuscript handling, or related work.
- The author must pay the publication or service fees communicated under the agreed publication process and service scope.
- If the manuscript is accepted by the target journal, the author must pay the outstanding agreed amount within the communicated payment period.
- Third-party journal, editing, formatting, open-access, or processing charges may apply where disclosed and accepted by the author.
Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Changes to These Terms
EPICSPHERE Publications may revise these Terms and Conditions when its services, procedures, or legal obligations change. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
